2. (a) After your payment, you will see a form for you to fill. Let us know on which page or url, on your site, you would like your Review Form to Appear on. It is best to create a new "Write Review" or "Write a Review" page on your website for example, for the sole purpose of putting the Review Form on, for your customers/clients etc.
   ***This form DOES NOT have to be filled immediately. You will have access to this form within your account at any given time. If you need help with this, read below. Our team can handle/set up everything for you.
   
   (b) In the same form, you will be able to let us know which url/pages on your website(up to 5 urls/pages), that you would like your Live Reviews to Appear, on your website. ***All live reviews by default are strongly recommended to appear at the bottom left of the page/urls you provide us with unless a business requests otherwise.
